A lot of quantity, pretty good but not the best quality
El típico restaurante que está fuera de la zona habitual de paso, ubicado y conectado al Gran Hotel. Nos hicieron un menú especial para un grupo numeroso de 40 personas y me ha gustado mucho tanto la presentación de los platos como el gusto de los mismos. La pega la tengo que poner en el plato principal, en mi caso el entrecot, la carne estaba bien hecha pero la salsa de las patatas me pegaba más a un pescado que a una carne. Con unas patatas al horno hubiera bastado. El precio de 30 € también me ha parecido un poco elevado en comparación con otros sitios similares. El postre estaba riquísimo y las camareras excelentes.
Ayer cené en Gran Hotel de Jaca. Es un sitio ideal. No me gustan las fotos de hoteles y restaurantes sin que salgan personas. Para mí es muy importante lo inmaterial. Lo inmaterial bajo mi percepción en El Gran Hotel de Jaca se llama Mari Tere. Tuve la suerte de que atendió ella mi mesa. ¿Describo las cualidades de Teresa? Para mí todo en ella es A Great Quality. Entré por la puerta desde el acceso de la calle y decidí en un milisegudo irme porque "quizás ese no era el sitio adecuado para mí". Al ver qué podía perder un cliente Tere caminó rauda hacia mí, con su bonita sonrisa, espectacular, que denota en mi opinión su pasión por su trabajo y que se lo pasa bien y no busca con ella, el reconocimiento de los clientes. Su sonrisa la dedica a todos por igual. Tiene mucha gracia y elegancia. Te deja una Tablet en la mesa para que elijas viendo las fotos de los platos culinarios. Para mí su sonrisa es persistente, retronasal y dirigida al núcleo accumbens de los comensales. Para mí Teresa es como el pan que acomoda en las mesas, de fermentación lenta, con masa madre y filosofía Slow Food. Tere ejecuta servicios de sala con gueridón lo cual para mí es un toque indispensable en un establecimiento con Alma como este. Felicidades!! a los gestores por su elección de materias primas y por su elección del personal.
Fuimos a comer para celebrar mi cumpleaños y nos gustó mucho. El personal es muy atento y amable. La comida está muy buena, tienen varios tipos de paella que puedes pedir de manera individual (en la mayoría de sitios hay que pedir mínimo dos personas). La pizza estaba muy buena, se nota que trabajan con ingredientes de calidad. Repetiremos!
El menjar ha estat el millor de la visita. Es nota que és el restaurant d’un hotel, amb un ambient fred. Els plats, molt bons. Crema d’espàrrecs, croquetes, carrillera amb dalsa d’ametlles, salmó al forn i de postres fruita i flam de formatge mascarpone.
